Fun Boat Tours is always accepting applications for potential candidates who would be a good fit for our FBT Crew Family! Although we’re not always actively hiring – as job opportunities arise, we will keep you in mind and contact you when the time is right. 

Your Qualifications:

Please note, we are currently primarily hiring individuals who reside in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We may put consideration into those who live outside of these areas, based on qualifications and background. Additionally, our positions can be long workdays as needed – up to 12 hours.

  • For Captains, we require a minimum 25-Ton Master Near Coastal License, a MROP License and First Aid/CPR Certification.
  • For First Mates and Booking Agents, we require some level of Customer Service Experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs. (First Mates Only), have an upbeat, bubbly, & positive personality, be a hard worker with integrity and a team-player mindset and have the ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail.
